We’ve been sleeping all our lives; at this point, you’d think we’d be experts at it. But based on the decisions a lot of us make at the end of the day, we’re the opposite. Getting a good night’s sleep is crucial for living a happy and healthy life. For that to happen, there are routines we should all try to follow every night. Simple things like, staying away from caffeine after 4 p.m., taking a hot bath, and exercising early in the day will help ensure you get the sleep you need.
