With the new Tracker Cards on your A Healthier You portal, you can track your progress for different goals – including your blood pressure, glucose, nutrition, sleep, steps, weight and daily workout. Choose how you’d like to track your data. Then start earning great points.
Want to connect your fitness device or app?
You can connect a device or app by clicking on the blue "Connect a Device" banner card on any of the tracker cards displayed on your A Healthier You homepage. Simply click on the specific tracker card to connect and to view all point earning opportunities. Add or remove Tracker Cards at any time by clicking the "Manage Tracker Cards" link. Prefer to enter your data manually?
To manually enter your activity data, choose the "Track Manually" link found within each tracker. Even if you have a connected device you can still track your data manually - just input your information in the "Enter Today" section of your Tracker Card.
And remember to track daily!
